Fallen Timber Stone milling is a slow process, keeping the grain cool, which in turn then retains the nutrients within the flour.

Today's high-speed milling produces flour quickly, but it heats the flour, killing and damaging the nutrients within it. Therefore, the flour needs to be "enriched", trying to replace some of the nutrients that were destroyed. 

Our Stone milled flour keeps the original nutrients so there is no need to add anything to the pure goodness of this 100% Stone ground Organic flour!
